  Sandwich was good. I had the Italian on wheat. Nobody was at register when I walked in. I could hear staff talking about the movie Gangs of New York in the back but I had to wait until they were finished before a guy came out and asked if I had been helped. I wanted to say "who would be helping me if you are in the back talking?" After he took my order, he went in the back and continued to talk about movies. After 20 mins someone else brought me my sandwich. Good food, bad customer service.

  I ordered food an hour an a half ago and it's not here. The assistance manager rudely offered me an apology and then hung up on me in the same breath. I will never return to this local business. At least most chains have the common decency to try to make you a happy customer.

  Great Columbia chain for subs and soup. Amazing sausage and kraut sandwich.
