I love Panera, but this mall location seems to be extremely busy. Thankfully, there was an outlet to the parking lot so we didn't have to walk through the mall to get there.

Every time I eat here I'm treated as though I'm bothering the workers when I come in here and pay to eat. Never a smile or a hello. Today specifically, I could've at least gotten some eye contact from the employee who took my order. Super weird vibes and I'll be going to the other Panera from now on.
